Refunds
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend the conference, please review our cancellation timelines below. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to konverentsid@celsius.ee
Refund Timeline
7+ Calendar Days Before Event: 100% Refund of the conference fee.
6 to 3 Calendar Days Before Event: 50% Refund of the participation fee.
Fewer than 3 Calendar Days Before Event: Non-refundable.
Please note: If a cancellation is not communicated in writing via email prior to the 3-day window, the participation fee cannot be refunded.
